• "User" means any person accessing or using the Platform.
• "Player" means a user participating in tournaments.
• "Organiser" means a third party hosting tournaments on the Platform.
• "Tournament" means any event created by an Organiser.

2. PLATFORM ROLE (VERY IMPORTANT)

• AuctionBase is a technology platform only.
• AuctionBase does not organise tournaments
• AuctionBase does not control or manage organisers
• AuctionBase does not guarantee prizes, winnings, or outcomes
• All tournaments are conducted solely by Organisers
• AuctionBase is not responsible for the conduct or results of tournaments.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to participate in skill-based games
• You are using the Platform voluntarily

Users from states where such activities are restricted should not participate.

4. USER ACCOUNT

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must provide accurate information
• You must not impersonate others
• One user = one account
• AuctionBase may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION

• Tournament rules are defined by the Organiser
• Entry fees are decided by the Organiser
• Participation is at your own risk
• AuctionBase does not influence player selection or results

6. PAYMENTS & FEES

• Player entry fees are collected on behalf of Organisers
• AuctionBase does not own player fees
• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways

AuctionBase is not responsible for:

• Payment gateway failures
• Delays or reversals
• Bank-related issues

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds are governed by the Organiser's policy
• AuctionBase does not guarantee refunds
• In case of disputes, the Organiser is solely responsible

8. PRIZES & WINNINGS

• Prizes are declared and distributed by Organisers
• AuctionBase does not guarantee prize distribution
• Tax deduction on prizes (if applicable) is the responsibility of the Organiser
• Players are responsible for their own tax compliance

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must NOT:

• Cheat or manipulate auctions
• Use bots or automation
• Create fake accounts
• Abuse or harass other users
• Violate any law

Violation may lead to immediate suspension.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All Platform content belongs to AuctionBase
• Users may not copy, modify, or resell platform content
• Organisers retain rights to their tournament content

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

AuctionBase makes no guarantees regarding:

• Platform availability
• Tournament quality
• Earnings or winnings

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AuctionBase shall not be liable for:

• Tournament disputes
• Financial losses
• Missed prizes
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid to AuctionBase for platform services.

13. TERMINATION

AuctionBase may:

• Suspend or terminate access
• Remove tournaments or accounts
• Take action without prior notice if Terms are violated

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
